UDesignateMe.org will have an employee located at each participating location at designated times. Your will be able to identify
our employee because they will be wearing one of our Company Uniforms…

*You will be required to fill out our questionnaire/application which states you will be the designated driver for your party and that you will not be drinking any alcohol or taking any drugs, etc. that will cause you to become impaired while driving.

*You will receive a wrist band that will let the establishment know you are the designated driver for the evening.

*You will also sign a release form releasing liability by UDesignateMe.org and the club, bar, restaurant, etc. in case you are injured at the establishment or in a motor vehicle accident.

*You will be notified of what the establishment is offering you as the Designated Driver once you arrive..

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT DRINKING ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, TAKING ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, AND OR DRIVING WHILE IMPAIRED:

“You will be prohibited from that establishment and the UDesignateMe.org program for life.”
